High Protein Cake Recipe
If don't want to go over your calories having some dessert, give this high protein cake recipe a try! It's so easy, it only take a couple of minutes to make. This is a maple and vanilla flavour protein cake you can cook in the microwave.
Add this low calorie and high protein dessert into your day to help you stay on top of your weight loss macros! From start to finish this only takes around 5 minutes!
- Whey protein - 1 scoop
- Coconut flour - 2 heaping tbsp
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Egg whites - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Maple syrup - 1 tbsp
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add in wet ingredients and mix
- Put in microwave for 1-2 minutes
- Let sit for 2 minutes after taking out
