Healthy High Protein Quesadillas
Are you struggling to figure out what to eat when you're trying to lose weight or drop a couple of pounds?
I find most people have a hard time figuring out what to eat and finding the time to make a meal that fits their calories & macros!
This high protein quesadilla recipe only takes 5-10 minutes from start to finish. It tastes great and will fill you up while staying within your calorie budget.
1) Protein Flatbread x 1
2) Low-Fat Shredded cheese x 30g
3) Cooked chicken breast x 50g
4) Salsa x 1-2tbsp
(2 is a little runny, but tastes great!)
5) Hot sauce if you like it spicy!

Protein - 34g
Fat - 9g
Carbs - 21g
*also 8g fiber because of the wrap!
